Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) - 8.00am - 9.00am - Bermagui River is the perfect venue for the latest water activity craze. Guided Kayak Paddle 8.45am - 11.00am. Join Julie in a gentle paddle, enjoying the exercise and scenery as you catch the tide up and back on the beautiful and pristine Bermagui River. $15 per person. Hot Bikram Yoga - extend your mind and body at Bikram Yoga with Amrei Newcombe, renowned as one of the best Bikram teachers in the world. Classes are on Saturday morning at 8.00am and Sunday morning at 10.00am at the Hot Yoga studio in Cobargo - 15 minutes from Bermagui. Claire will be taking classes whilst Amrei is on holidays.

Tai Chi - 9.00am to 10.00am on the grass opposite the Bermagui Beach Hotel on Saturday and Sunday morning. All levels from beginners to advanced. Pliability - 9.15am to 10.15am with Ian. This exercise program is designed for older adults, combines the four main exercise types: gentle aerobics, strength, balance and flexibility and is particularly suitable for those who don’t exercise regularly. Hot Bikram Yoga Demonstration 10.10am - 10.30am - watch Claire demonstrate a number of Bikram Yoga postures which are designed to benefit you mentally, physically and emotionally. There are 26 postures in Bikram Yoga which your entire body benefits. This includes lymphatic, respiratory and digestive systems; your nervous system and its subdivisions; and your entire musculoskeletal structure.

Fun Run Cool Down Stretches - led by Garry and held in ReBoot Stage, Dickinson Park at 10.15am after the fun runs finish. All welcome, no bookings required.

Hoola Hoop Fun Competition - Can you still hoola hoop? Join in the fun. Suitable for everybody! 10:50am - 11:00am.

Whale Watching Walk 2.00pm - 4.00pm with Christine Bimson, meet at the Sports Pavilion on Dickinson Oval, walk to Bermagui Point, next stop Dickinson Headland and on to the Blue Pool. Bring your camera or binoculars, wear comfortable shoes and a hat. Free and bookings preferred. BOOK HERE.

Barefoot Bowls - 4pm - 6pm at the Bermagui Country Club. Assemble at the bowling greens for a late afternoon bowling session. No bookings required.

The Sunday morning action is centred at Horseshoe Bay Beach and the Surf Club.

ReEnergise Scenic Sunrise Brisk Walk - 6.45am meet Julie at the Bermagui Surf Club where the shuttle bus (kindly donated by Bermagui Country Club) will take you to Old Tilba Road. The wonderful early morning walk will commence at 7.00am from the rocks at Old Tilba Road, walk along the old road, over the headland, around Moorheads Beach over the Bermagui Bridge along Fishermens’ Wharf finishing at Bermagui Surf Club ready to enjoy a yummy breakfast. $10 per person includes cooked breakfast. Bookings essential for those using the shuttle bus.BOOK HERE

Early Morning Outdoor Activities - 7.00am Assemble at the Blue Pool car park area for 45 minutes of energising activities with Tarryn Lucas. Reasonable fitness level essential. $10 per person includes cooked breakfast. Bookings essential. BOOK HERE

Healthy Bermagui Breakfast 8.00am to 11.00am Bermagui Surf Club - cooked by members of the Bermagui Chamber of Commerce. The breakfast is included in the Fun Run and Point to Point Swim Race entry fee. $10 for all others.

Point to Point Swim Race - an early spring ocean swim across Horseshoe Bay, commencing at 9.30 am . Approximately 350 metres. If you have not entered as part of the fun runs, please BOOK HERE

Ocean Swim, Beach Run, Ocean Swim - commencing at 9:45am - a more challenging swim event with a short approx 200 metres beach run also - ocean swim across Horseshoe Bay then run along Horseshoe Bay Beach from finish to start then swim across Horseshoe Bay again. Girls Come and Try Cricket Day At Dickinson Oval from 12.00pm - 2.00pm. The day is for all girls of any ages who want to come and have a go at Cricket and is FREE. Run by Cricket Australia, Kris Britt (previous international Australian Cricket player) will be there.

Afternoon Coast Cruise on fishbermi.com 2.15pm - 4.30pm. Meet at fishbermi.com at 2.15pm at Bermagui Fishermens’ Wharf. Fishebermi is located on the floating wharf closest to the slipway. What a way to spend a few hours - cruising around the ocean on Sunday afternoon. Cost $50 per person (adults and children). Min 6 - max 12. Bookings essential. BOOK HERE
